In Korea, a metal stamping manufacturer reported ram leakage and a short seal life in the 6,500-ton master cylinder and return cylinders. The original stacked v-ring set (8 rings/set) previously used only lasted six months. The client wanted to increase MTBR from 6 months to 12 months. The delivery time for the current seal was three months, and the customer also wanted to reduce the lead time.
